The composer now shows up reliably and the profile picker does what you tap.

Fixed

The create composer could open fully transparent the very first time (no visible input, no profile button). The canvas now re-arms its entrance the moment the system confirms the sheet is on screen, with a failsafe behind it, so it can never stay invisible.
The profile row could expand invisibly, which made taps feel ignored or select a profile you never saw. It now fades in deterministically and stops accepting taps the instant it closes.
Tapping near the edge of a profile chip could silently pick its neighbor. Touch targets no longer overlap.
The composer now remembers the profile you last used and preselects it on the next open, matching how the Mac composer picks its profile. It previously always reset to the first profile in the list.
