Orb now reads your agent sessions as a real conversation, on the Mac and on your phone.

Chat on the Mac

A session opens on a conversation: your prompts, Claude's replies, thinking, and tool calls as readable turns. The terminal is one click away and keeps running untouched underneath.
Type straight into the chat. The composer sends to the running session, and the same button stops the agent mid turn.
Tool calls show what ran and what came back, bounded and safe to read. Any turn can be selected and copied as plain text.

Approvals, from the Mac or from your phone

When Claude Code asks for permission, Orb shows a card with the exact command or edit, and Allow or Deny answers it.
The same card reaches your paired phone, so you can approve from another room instead of walking back to the desk.
Every answer is recorded against a digest of what you actually saw, so what you approved is what runs. Nothing can be swapped in after the fact.

Paired phones get the live conversation, a sessions table showing what each session is doing, and a control grid for the common actions.
Each device keeps its own read position, so a session you have already caught up on stops pushing you.
The phone terminal is still there whenever you want it.
This half needs the matching Orb Mobile build, out right after this one. A phone still on the old app keeps working against this Mac, it just stays on the terminal.

Chat is on by default and can be turned off globally, per profile, or per session, with a deny list for paths that should never be read.
Everything is redacted and sanitized on the Mac before it leaves it. Push notifications stay content free, and whether they carry session names is a setting.
If Claude Code changes shape, chat steps down instead of breaking: you keep the half that still works, and the chat diagnostics say which half.
